House of God

In the Bible, in Matthew 7:24-27, Jesus compares our lives to building a house.

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

If we build on the rock then it will stand, if we build on loose sand then the house will skew and collapse when the storms rise.
This house has two aspects, namely that we must be personally transformed into a house of God, a house exclusively destined to be owned by God, by Jesus Christ.
In addition, that the church of Jesus Christ will be a house exclusively destined to reflect the glory of God.

It is very important to have a clear vision in order to build a healthy spiritual house. This is not a simple story that can be told in a few lines. It requires a lot of teaching from the Bible. The intention of this website is to make a small contribution. Especially those aspects that should be called fundamental, things like repentance, faith, obedience, etc. …,but also the identification of matters that can be considered falsehoods.

Apart from the teaching aspect, this website is also intended primarily as a communication tool. It is also intended that the site will show where and when any Bible classes can be attended.

To complement this website, a YouTube channel has been set up with sermons and teaching only available in Dutch under the name ‘Bayith-El’.
